TEAM SELECTION
A Litte Information About Our Teams
Lone Peak Ultimate is 100% INCLUSIVE! If you want to play, there will be a team for you! No cuts!
Fall team practices are Mixed for high school players (9th-12th grade). There are opportunities for Single Gender and Mixed play. Middle school teams are mixed with boys and girls (5th-8th grade).
Returning players, invite your friends! It doesn't matter if you have a sports background at all! You are welcome here!
We encourage new players to come to the first few weeks and give it a try. You'll meet new people, learn a great sport, and have a lot of fun.
After the first few weeks, all the teams will be formed. Remember, everyone plays!

Player Registration
Fall Middle School and High School players must complete an updated registration form. If you do not currently have a USAU membership ID see section below. This is needed in the Registration Form.
Fall Season HS & MS Season: Mid Aug- Oct
Spring Season
HS Season: Mid Feb- Mid June
MS Season: Mar-Mid May
Medical Form
Fill out a Medical Form
- You will need current medical insurance information for each player.
- In the [Name of Chaperone] field, enter: "Lone Peak Ultimate Coaches, Chaperones, and/or Board Members."
- Complete the form, print it, and sign it. Then return the form to a coach.
Register with USA Ultimate
Remember, all athletes participating will require a USAU membership in good standing. These memberships last one calendar year (they expire on 12/31 every year).
You DO need to register but you DON'T need to pay, this fee is our LP Ulitmate team fees.
USUA membership is REQUIRED for participation. Please don't wait to complete this step.

Team Fees
FALL FEES
HS $225 | MS $150
These fees include field rental, insurances, coaches, and tournament and league fees. We wish we were school sponsored and did not have these expenses. We do try to keep costs low for a club sport.
Travel fees and tournament costs are additional.
JERSEY ORDERING
If you are a new player, you will want to order jerseys. The jersey kit costs $95 and includes maroon, white, and black t-shirts with black shorts. Design viewable here.
Fall season is treated as a preorder for Spring because Fall is a shorter season and Jersey orders will arrive at the tail end of the season.
