A Litte Information About Our Teams
Lone Peak Ultimate is 100% INCLUSIVE! If you want to play, there will be a team for you! No cuts!
Spring teams are single gender for high school players (9th-12th grade). Middle school teams are mixed with boys and girls (5th-8th grade).
Returning players, invite your friends! It doesn't matter if you have a sports background at all! You are welcome here!
We encourage new players to come to the first few weeks and give it a try. You'll meet new people, learn a great sport, and have a lot of fun.
After the first few weeks, all the teams will be formed. Remember, everyone plays!

Player Registration
Spring Middle School and High School players must complete an updated registration form. If you do not currently have a USAU membership ID see section below. This is needed in the Registration Form.

Medical Form
Fill out a Medical Form found here: Medical Form
- You will need current medical insurance information for each player.
- In the [Name of Chaperone] field, enter: "Lone Peak Ultimate Coaches, Chaperones, and/or Board Members."
- Complete the form, print it, and sign it. Then return the form to a coach.
Register with USA Ultimate
Register your child with USA Ultimate membership found here: USAU. Remember, all athletes participating will require a USAU membership in good standing. These memberships last one calendar year (they expire on 12/31 every year). You DO need to register but you DON'T need to pay, as this fee is wrapped up in our LP Ulitmate team fees.
USUA membership is REQUIRED for participation in our season. Please don't wait to complete this step.

Team Fees & Jersey | Spring 2025
Team Fees
Team fees for SPRING 2025 are $350 for high school and $235 for middle school. These fees include field rental, insurances, coaches, and tournament and league fees. We wish we were school sponsored and did not have these expenses. We do try to keep costs low for a club sport.
Travel fees and tournament costs are additional.
JERSEY
If you are a new player, you will want to order jerseys. The jersey kit includes maroon, white, and black t-shirts with black shorts. Design viewable here. Cost for complete jersey set is $95. Form for ordering jerseys is here. Spring Jersey Form submission closes March 14, 2025.

Our program uses sportsYou as the primary way to communicate information between coaches, parents, and players. Make sure to download this app right away and join the appropriate channels. Please contact a coach at practice for the team access code.
After teams are created, there will most likely be a team chat set up between the players and the coach.
